New Park Opens at Issaquah Highlands

Vista Park features grass volleyball court, toddler playground and panoramic views

Issaquah, Wash. (May 27, 2009) — Vista Park, the latest addition to Issaquah Highlands’ parks and trails network, is now open. The new recreation area features a grass volleyball court with a regulation size net, a tot lot play structure for younger children and a scenic picnic area featuring views of Bellevue, Lake Sammamish and Seattle. Located 20 minutes east of Seattle along the I-90 corridor, Issaquah Highlands is an urban village that blends homes, shopping and businesses. Vista Park was built and landscaped by the master developer of Issaquah Highlands, Port Blakely Communities.

Vista Park is located on the 1800 block of 10th Ave NE in Issaquah. Restaurants are conveniently located en route to Vista Park and include Caffe Ladro, Sip Wine Bar & Restaurant, Agave Cocina & Tequilas Restaurant, Subway and Ricenroll.
