San Francisco, 2004, -- Port Blakely Communities' demonstration project, the Puget Sound Energy Built Green™ Idea Home at Issaquah Highlands, was awarded a Gold Nugget Grand Award for the Sustainable/Green Residential Project of the Year. The Gold Nuggets are awarded by the PCBC, one of the nation's leading building industry trade organizations, at their annual conference which drew over 25,000 homebuilders, developers, architects, product manufacturers, and consultants to San Francisco's Moscone Center.
