Steve Burnstead Construction breaks ground in 2012

Steve Burnstead Construction plans to break ground on its newly announced residential project in 2012. Models homes could open as early as 2013. In planning its new project, Steve Burnstead Construction joined two separate yet adjoining land parcels, one of which they purchased several years ago. The first eight-acre parcel is already cleared in anticipation of construction. When the adjoining five-acre parcel became available through the City of Issaquah's Park Pointe TDR, the company acquired it with the intent of combining the two parcels to create one neighborhood. Steve Burnstead Construction's vision for the neighborhood of approximately 80 single-family homes includes many community features residents know and love, including pedestrian trails and play areas.
