Travel Club Night

See where it takes you!

The May program will feature a presentation on a Danube River Cruise. Talk and slides will include the cities of Nuremberg, Regensburg, Vienna and Budapest.  Also included will be the side trips to Prague, CR with the Unesco site Cesky Krumlov and the WW II German prison of Terezin as well as the beautiful city of Salzburg in Austria. Enjoy scenes of Castles on the River, medieval towns, famous cities and a very royal monastery, salted with great art and famous painters.  Join us for an evening along one of Europe’s most amazing rivers full of tradition and history.  The talk will be done by Larry Norton and Sue Frank, residents of Issaquah Highlands and Travel Club regulars.

The bulk of the evening will be unstructured, get-acquainted time so we can all share and learn about travel.  Light snacks are provided but feel free to bring a beverage (perhaps a bottle of wine from your favorite country!) to enjoy.
