Fees
HFN payments are not part of your homeowners association dues or other community payments. Homeowners pay a $250 connection fee required at closing and a minimum monthly periodic fee, billed monthly after closing. Plan upgrades and other services are available at an additional cost.
Issaquah Highlands homes and buildings part of the Covenant for Community are required to take a minimum level of HFN service. Non-covenant homes can subscribe to HFN services; however, they must join the Covenant for Community to receive gigabit service.
