ADHD Caregiver Support Group
Meets: First & Third Thursdays, 10 a.m.
Location: Blakely Hall
If you care for someone with ADD/ADHD, you are welcome to join us to chat, share experiences, and get support. Caregivers and parents with kids of all ages are welcome! Meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays at Blakely Hall.

Book Club
Meets: Third Tuesdays, 7 p.m.
Location: Virtual
Book club is a great place to meet neighbors, socialize, and explore a variety of books.

Issaquah Highlands Business Networking Group
Meets: Meets quarterly, 9:30 a.m.
Location: Virtual
Join other small business owners for a new spin on networking, based on knowing the more we connect and share, the more we all grow! This group is inclusive, connection-based, and valuable to all members. No obligations, just genuine connections!

Chess Club
Meets: Wednesdays, 6-9 p.m.
Location: Blakely Hall, 2550 NE Park Drive, Issaquah
Love to play chess? Miss playing over-the-board (OTB) games live with real people? Come join us for fun and (chess) games! All ages and experience levels are welcome. Please bring your chess set if you have one; otherwise, there will be plenty to share.
Issaquah Highlands Hiking Group
The Issaquah Highlands Hiking Group is open to all ages to connect with other hiking enthusiasts and go on planned hikes in the beautiful Northwest.

Meditation Group
Meets: Fridays, 2 p.m.

Meets: Mondays, 6-8 p.m.
Central Park Courts
Join other neighbors interested in Pickleball for games at the Central Park courts. All are welcome!

Tai Chi Fitness Class
Meets: Wednesdays, 6:30 a.m.
Blakely Hall
Free Chen-style Tai Chi for all who are interested in learning and practicing together. This ancient Chinese martial art promotes health by reducing bodily tension and stress, improving balance and coordination, increasing joint flexibility, calming the breath, and clearing the mind.

Issaquah Highlands Toastmasters
Thursdays, 7 a.m.
Blakely Hall / Hybrid
Say it better with Toastmasters. Share your interests and goals in a positive, supportive environment. Let us help you expand your knowledge and horizons. Guests are welcome to join a meeting to see what it’s about – it’s one hour of fun, and you won’t be put on the spot!
