Starting June 1 at 9 a.m., you can log in to vote in the 2021 Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) Board of Directors election. The deadline for online voting and paper ballots is June 18 at 5 p.m. PDT. No late submissions will be accepted. I didn’t receive the postcard with the registration code to vote online?
Contact the IHCA, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and request your unique registration code. You can email Deborrah.O@ihcommunity.org or call 425-427-9257.
What if I own multiple properties in Issaquah Highlands?
Every lot is entitled to one vote. If you own multiple properties, your unique registration code will already be linked to your properties and your entitled number of votes.
What if there are multiple owners on a property?
Each lot gets one vote regardless of how many owners. You must decide who in your household gets to vote.

When can I vote?
The voting website opens on June 1, 2021, at 9.a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. on June 18, 2021.
Do I get a confirmation email on how I voted?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of registration.
What if I don’t want to register on the voting website?
You must register with your unique code to vote online.
What happens with the information I provide at the time of registration?
Your information is confidential to IHCA and will not be shared with or sold to any third-party companies.
I don’t want to vote online; can I get a paper ballot?
Yes, you can request a paper ballot by contacting the IHCA by email or call 425-427-9257. An IHCA staff member will write your unique registration code on the ballot to avoid duplicate votes.
I already voted; can I change my vote?
The unique registration code is only good for one vote, and the site will not let you vote again
