IHCA Board of Directors

The Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA), the Issaquah Highlands homeowners association, professionally manages the community’s fiscal and environmental assets.

The monthly Board of Directors meetings are open to the public – attending is a great way to be more informed about what’s going on in our community and how your homeowner’s dues is used.
