Middle School Halloween Party!

Calling all middle school students! Do you have your costume ready and are itching to go trick-or-treating but just can’t wait for Halloween to begin? Join the Highlands Youth Advisory Board for a ghoulishly good time with LOTS of candy for the taking! There will also be prizes for those who have the coolest outfits, so be sure to come in your best costume! Tickets cost $20 after Oct. 15. No ticket purchases at the door. Please bring your student ID with you to the event.
