UVDC – Single Family Polygon

City of Issaquah Urban Village Development Commission (UVDC) meets to learn about and consider a subdivision application for single family homes in Westridge. The proposed land use action is posted on site:

“Project Description: Preliminary Plat of a 73 lot subdivision with single family detached homes.”

“The proposal includes a conversion of the existing NE High ST from a public vehicular roadway to a multi-purpose non-motorized trail. The proposed trail would be used for open space and recreation.”

“Vehicular access to the project will be provided via a new road, 6th Place NE, which will connect at NE Ellis Drive, NE Federal Drive and to the existing NE High Street.”

A Public Hearing opened on March 20th and remains opened through this meeting.
