Reserve the Party Wagon

Invite all your neighbors to your Issaquah Highlands block party, and you can reserve the Party Wagon for free. (The Party Wagon is not available for private parties.)

Highlands Council’s “Party Wagon” trailer has everything you need for an outdoor neighborhood block party:

  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Canopy tents
  • Grills
  • Trash cans
  • Music player
  • Outdoor games and toys

Please note:

  • The Party Wagon is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be unavailable if used for community events.
  • You must reserve the Party Wagon at least two weeks in advance so we can schedule delivery. We cannot accommodate reservation requests with less than two weeks notice.
  • The Party Wagon can only be parked in legal parking areas and not in alleys, inside parks, or blocking streets (without a street closure permit). Please let us know where you would like the Party Wagon delivered and parked upon making your reservation.
  • Street closures must be permitted through the city of Issaquah. Highlands Council can guide you in the process, but the fees incurred and all conditions of the permit are the host-family’s or host neighborhood’s responsibility. You may never close any street without permission from the city of Issaquah.

The Party Wagon must remain in the same place from delivery on Friday through pick up on Monday.
Note: The official Issaquah Highlands Facebook profile must be a member of your group for the Party Wagon to be reserved.

Party Wagon Policies: 1. The Party Wagon key must be signed out from Blakely Hall on Friday and returned on Monday between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Failure to return the key will incur a $50 fine. 2. Party Wagon must be left clean and in it's original arrangement with all included equipment, as indicated on the check out list. All tables, chairs and items used must be wiped down. 3. Garbage may NOT be disposed of in a park/community dumpster or trash receptacle and may not be left in the Party Wagon. 4. Borrower must put down a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 via credit card or check, to be returned upon inspection of the Party Wagon.
