IHCA Completes Significant Yardi Database Upgrade

IHCA has recently completed a significant upgrade with our Yardi software database. As part of this upgrade, we are adding a new owner service portal. This will provide owners with instant access to their IHCA account online.

New services include:

  • 24/7 self-service account access
  • Check your balances and make payments
  • Schedule recurring auto-payments for assessments and other dues
  • Submit maintenance requests
  • Much, much more!

We are starting to roll this new owner service email notification out this week to select smaller neighborhoods as a test. Over the next few months, we will expand this rollout until the entire community is notified.  You will see an email come through that will look like the message below.
