It’s time to remove holiday decorations throughout the community!
Grand Ridge Plaza (GRP) will be removing its holiday décor this week. However, the common area street trees in GRP and along Park Drive will remain lit until mid-February to provide some additional lighting during the dark winter nights. The large tree at Village Green Park will no longer be lit for the season.
Please take a moment and remove exterior holiday lighting and décor from your homes. Compliance inspections are in full gear for the first quarter, so it’s possible that you may receive a friendly reminder email or letter from the IHCA staff asking you to remove holiday decorations, outlining general maintenance items that need your attention, or requesting you to clean up your landscaping.
Please note: the non-compliance policy will be enforced. The policy states that a friendly reminder, second notice and fine notices are to be issued for non-compliance matters. While we would rather not give fines, it’s necessary to gain compliance in some instances.
Please contact our office directly at 425-427-9257 if you received a notice and have any questions. We understand that life’s circumstances sometime happen, but we don’t have a crystal ball, so it’s important to communicate with us. Thanks for keeping Issaquah Highlands a beautiful place to call home!
