If you notice a streetlight out along public streets, please report it directly to Puget Sound Energy at PSE.com under “Report a Street Light Outage.”
➡ Report a Common Area Light Out (IHCA-Owned)
For lights out along community walkways, trails or other Issaquah Highlands common areas, please contact the IHCA office for service.

During the winter months, we kindly ask residents to keep exterior porch lights or garage lights facing alleyways turned on whenever possible. This simple step greatly improves neighborhood visibility and enhances safety for everyone.
