Spring into Fitness – Barre3

Join local fitness instructors for a free morning workout every Saturday in May. This is a great way to try a variety of workouts and get ready for summer! Each workout is free and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Feel the benefits of an efficient and effective Barre3 workout combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. You will move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts and mind-centering breath work. This class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered within.

*Please bring your own yoga mat. We will have a few available, but not enough for the whole class.
