
Join local fitness instructors for a free morning workout every Saturday in May. This is a great way to try a variety of workouts and get ready for summer! Each workout is free and appropriate for all fitness levels.

This dynamic flow will build strength, boost flexibility and ignite your inner fire, all while fostering a sense of community and connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, John’s inspiring guidance will leave you feeling strong, centered and ready to take on the weekend. We are more than happy to answer any questions about yoga, so come ask anything you’ve always wondered about!
*Please bring your own yoga mat. We will have a few available, but not enough for the whole class.
